The group did the following workout…..

Run from the flag to the SE gate

20 Merkins and  20 WW2’s

Run to the Pee Dee Statue

15 J-Lo’s and 15 Box Jumps

Run to tennis court

10 Balls to Wall shoulder taps against the fence, run back up the hill to do 10 Burpees

Run to Minges North Parking lot

Bear crawl up the hill and do 20 Air Squats; Sprint down hill and do 20 Air Squats

Run to the meadow in the Minges East Parking lot

Skip jump to one end; Frog jump back (70 yards roughly one way)

Repeat Steps….

Group completed 3 rounds.
