SSHx25,  Burpeesx10, Squatsx15, Merkinsx15

Moseyed over to the south side of Dowdy-Ficklen for about 10 minutes of stretching.

Moseyed over to Elmhurst for some 7’s with pull ups and dips.

Headed over to the benches for a quick hit workout. Rotation of Step-ups, Freddy Mercuries and squats.

Another mosey back to the south side for 73% Sprints and Al Gore’s
