YHC had been on vacation the past week basically doing a lot or nothing along with an unhealthy amount of aluminum curls and dessert crunches so beating the fart sack was a 100% go for Monday morning.  About 505am I checked my twitter and Panther had sent me a DM to see if I could Q.  I thought sure no problem and began to come up with my plan.

Warm up:  20 SSH, 15 Butt Kickers, 10 High Knees
The Thang:
STOP ONE:  Start at the Murphy Center stairs for 7’s of burpee’s and laps up the stairs (6 burpees, 1 lap and so on)
STOP TWO:  Mosey to the meadow for 7’s of WWI & WWII while bear crawling across the meadow after WWI and sprint back after WWII
STOP THREE:  Minges Pool Wall for 7’s for BTW and Merkins.  Follow the leader as each PAX member would call out 7 seconds of BTW and then lead a 7 count of merkins
STOP FOUR: Tennis Courts for four corners of 7 burpees, 7 WWI, 7 WWII and 7 merkins in each corner
STOP FIVE:  The Murphy Center stairs near the Pirate statue for 7 burpees, run the stairs, 7 WWI, run the stairs, 7 WWII, run the stairs, 7 merkins, run the stairs
STOP SIX:  Circle up at the flag for 7 burpee’s, 7 WWI, 7 WWII and 7 Merkins

Moleskin:  It was good to be back in the gloom after vacation.  Enjoyed the challenge of coming up with a wienke for a last minute Q.  Great mumble chatter among the group of 7 PAX.  Last week while on vacation I did read a great book called The Carpenter by Jon Gordon.  Shared this message from the book with the PAX today:
