4 Pax showed up for early labor on Labor Day Monday. The theme was the number 9 to represent the 9th month of 2019.  Thought it would be a tough workout but Slalom seemed to be able to talk throughout the exercises so I will need to step it up next time. This was my first Q!

Warm-Up

9 SSH, 9 Wind Mill, 9 High Knee

Workout

Mosey around the stadium, near Epps and land at the ECU bus stop.

9 count down

On the grass at near the first tree, start with 9 Burpees, then Bear Crawl to the next tree, Lunges to the next tree, then Sprint to the last tree.  Come back with 8 burpees and same routine until the finish.

Mosey back to Murphy Center, up the stairs then over to Gate 6

9 count down

Pick a partner –  One partner on the wall in Sitting Chair position while other partner runs to the bench and does 9 Merkins and 9 Dips.  Then switch.  Each man does 9 sets then goes back and forth counting down until the finish.

Mosey around Minges

Finish with stretching and working out the core
