It really was a great morning to get out and work up a sweat.

Warm-Up

  • 50 SSH
  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Absolutions

Indian run to school playground, where we did 7s with pull-up and merkins.

indian run to new pressbox side of stadium. Partnered up. First group sprinted to the other end of the tailgating field while group 2 did copperhead squats. second group followed and did copperhead squats while first group sprinted back. Repeated down all the lanes.

jogged to the backside of minges but we lost splinter along the way and had to use drones and satellite surveillance to track him down.

Audibled to do some mary in front of the new entrance to Minges.

Headed back to the flag to do about 10 minutes of good stretching.
