Warm Up:

SSH, Merkins, High Knees

Round 1:

Mosey from Gate 6 to the bottom of the hill before the parking lot for Jacob’s Ladder, plank for the Six.

Round 2:

Mosey down to the parking lot adjacent to Charles Blvd for some rounds of 4 corners.

Start with merkins of 5, 10, 20, & 30 at each respective corner. Followed up with sets of Plank Jacks, Mountains Climbers and shoulder taps.

Round 3:

Parking lot merkins.  Start at the bottom of the parking lot.  There are 12 rows of parking spaces.  Start with one merkin and increase one rep at each row until you reach the top of the hill.

Last Round:

Back to gate six for sets of foot release squats, step ups, Freddie Mercury’s, Flutters and WWIs.
