YHC put together a workout that avoided the cold, wet grass. Upon arrival, Slim Jim had taken a poll among the already present Pax and informed YHC they weren’t getting muddy this morning; when the RESPECT speak, you listen. We had 9 eager Pax ready to get after it including Snooki, welcome back!

The Thang
Today’s workout was designed to move for 45 minutes, recovering on your mosey from spot to spot. YHC read about the starfish theory in F3 years ago and it’s stuck. Lead by breaking off and expanding. Today the Pax had 5 stations;

1. Top of the stairs at Murphy Center – SQUATS
2. Benches by the flag – UP AND OVERS
3. Bus stop across parking lot – MERKINS
4. Minges Meadow – LUNGE WALK
5. Entry into basketball practice arena – V-UPS

The Pax moved at their own pace, staying with other brothers and increasing conversation and fellowship throughout the workout. Each location you did 5 reps of the exercise. Once you went through all 5, you increased the reps to 10 and kept increasing by 5 each time you went thru the course. We all met at the stop of the stairs at 06:14 and headed back to the flag.

All total YHC got 75 reps of each exercise along with 2.5 miles covered. Not bad for a wet, rainy Monday morning.

Great numbers for a nasty morning. T-Claps to Chicken Wang for getting back out this week and bringing Snooki with him. 3 RESPECT pax in attendance, awesome! Glow Worm and Stern led the Pax the entire morning, great push by those two.
