Warmup:  20 SSH; 15 Butt Kickers; 10 High Knees

The Thang:  Started at the Murphy Center stairs with 7’s of laps and burpees (6 laps up and down the stairs and one burpee and so on).  Next stop was the hill by the tennis courts for bear crawls and merkins.  BC up the hill and do 7 merkins at the top (do this 7x).  Next stop was 4 corners inside the tennis courts with 25 WWII; 25 plank jacks; 25 LBC & 25 squats.  Next stop was to the wall behind the Minges pool. All 10 PAX lined up against the wall and each lead 10 seconds BTW followed by 10 WWI (well noted that Respect PAX of Slim Jim, Cold Cut & Splinter can do very fast WWI).  Next stop was the meadow for a couple of suicides and then a cool down jog around the bus stop and back to the flag.  615am

Really enjoyed the 9 PAX that posted this morning.  Good mumble chatter and push by everyone.  Saw this on twitter the other day and thought it was great food for thought especially as we start another week:
