Warm up:  1 burpee for fun; 30 SSH; 15 Mountain Climbers

The Thang:  Mosey to the southside of the stadium behind the new tower for 5’s, 10’s, 15’s and 20’s.  There are 4 good paths in the new parking area and each lane we did reps of the same exercises (Merkins, WWI, Plank Jacks & Copperhead Squats) at both ends.  Total reps of 100 of each exercise when it was all said and done

Next we did bear crawls and decending burpee’s in front of the 10 posts near the tower entrance starting with 7 burpees and bear crawling back and forth until we finished with one burpee

Next we moseyed back closer to the flag for alternating BTW and Flutter Kicks.  17 PAX lined up against the wall alternating a 10 count of BTW and then a 10 count of flutter kicks

Mosey back to the flag and finish with one burpee for fun

615am

Moleskin:  YHC had been on vacation the past week and getting back out this morning and dusting off the cobwebs was a lot of fun.  The workout was challenging with a lot of reps and the PAX did a great job.  The southside of the stadium has a ton of untapped potential for workouts now that the construction is 95% complete.  Great job by Noonan for bringing FNG Show Boat out.  Finally, here is a simple powerful message I recently read:

“Love life, love people, serve others, care more”

Until next time …… Stern
