800 meter (2 laps) warm up

30 seconds hard 30 seconds easy x5
1:00 min hard 30 second easy x4
1:30 min hard 30 second easy x3
2:00 min hard 30 second easy x2
3:00 min hard 30 second easy x1

Cool Down till time for the shovel flag

Moleskin: The idea of the workout was to tire the legs first.  Then at the end we ran longer with tired legs.  This allows a runner to learn to run on tired legs and increases your ability to cycle through lactic acid and increases your threshold.  All making you a better runner.  Science is happening at the Oval Office.  Come post!
