6 studs met at a Fleet Feet for EC(String Bean, Shake and Bake, Half-Pipe, Aquaman, Tortoise and Rafiki.) This weekend is a big training weekend for most running BRR, so tried to think of a steady workout to keep the legs moving. Instructions were a little confusing or guys weren’t listening, either way we ran around a track. The designed workout was as follows:

Mile warmup

6-400’s with a recovery lap after each. For the third one, you are to push the pace.

Finish with a mile.

Most guys stayed pretty consistent which is unusual for the Oval, however everybody pushed hard.
