YHC was honored to be asked by Foot Loose to be the first non-site Q Q for the Oval Office. I have really enjoyed posting at Rose and getting a track workout in the past few weeks, and look forward to this weekly workout for years to come. It has been fun to see guys push themselves and set PRs. I decided that since I was Qing it was time for me to set a PR of some kind out here. So, I set my sights on the mile, 4x around the track, 600, I mean 1600 meters!
