In The Mud

Please add the three word title to the end of everything we did with the exception of the first exercise.  All six were present for EC and we pounded out almost two miles.  After I realized the rumors of mud scared the fair weather ruckers away we began.  7 good mornings and 7 mountain climbers for an attention getter!  Off we went in search of softer dirt!  After about a 7 minute ruck to parts unknown we got down for some four count flutterkicks with our rucks overhead IN THE MUD.  Now you see how it works.

We walked a little more and the we stopped for a wheelbarrow race ……………..,  We rucked over to a pull up area for some PT for those who did not get to be the wheelbarrow.  Next we rucked back to the flutterkick area and shuffled some……………….. cause Patch loves to shuffle.  Next up some crab walking …………………….   Had to stop by the nearest wall for some peoples chair just beacuse.   Next was my personal favorite the 10 count plank  …………………..     Finally a bear crawl race ………………… On our way back to the flag I realized we had time for tunnel of love …………………
