When I woke up this morning and heard the rain belting the windows in my room, My first thought was simply “We gonna get wet”. But luckily the rain and lightning passed over by the time I made it to the park. BJ and I had a nice EC talking and warming up our legs and backs. We swung back around and picked up Just the Tip and set off on our Ruck.

The Thang

The workout today was simple but effective. We would ruck about half of a mile, then completed a few exercises, continue rucking and repeat.

we completed three rounds of:

  • 10 Ruck Squats/ Thrusters
  • 10 Ruck Swings
  • 10 Ruck Merkins

then completed two sets of:

  • people Chair w/ rucks in front for 10 count
  • Balls to the wall for 10 count.

Finally we rucked to the parking lot and finished with 10 minutes of 30 seconds shuffle, 30 seconds regular.

Ending mileage: (W/ EC) 4.74 Miles (without EC: 3.2 miles)
