Training for a Tough had hit a rut for me so I wanted to challenge myself.  On the way over I had planned to overload the Pax with coupons and set a 15 minute mile pace for 3 miles.  After EC with 8 coupons and 13 Pax I adapted a little.

Warm-up – This is Ruck Ready most everyone EC’s so no need for one.  I did a short one just for fun. 10 – four count merkins and 10 – four count plank jacks.

Challenge – 3 miles in 48 minutes with all 8 coupons.  Never allowed to ground coupons.  Had a different Pax member in charge of each mile.  Allowed Pax to drop one coupon at mile mark and two more at the two mile mark.  We had some beasts, finished in 46:26.  Time to spare! What should we do: TUNNEL OF LOVE! This goes back to my first post when Bench headlocked me and said come to Ruck Ready and bring a pack it will be easy I am Qing.  In I bounce in the pouring rain with my metal framed camping backpack. Next thing I know I am crawling under guys I don’t know in the mud. I was hooked on rucking from that point on.
