With the GoRuck Tough Battle of Fallujah coming up in 10 days YHC asked BJ for the opportunity to Q to help prepare.

Several met at 0440 for EC and at 0515 we were off.

Cadre Dan will be leading our event in Raleigh. Bono told me that it was a certainty that we would be performing the Robbie Miller WOD as a welcome party. The full WOD takes 2-3 hours to perform so we did the ½ WOD which consists of the following:

12 rounds

6 x 33 foot shuttle run (as a substitute we ran around the exercise equipment area)

6 x pull ups

6 x Burpee squats (full burpee with a jump followed by a squat)

6 x 4 count mountain climbers

6 x rucksack get ups

In testing the rucksack is only required for the get ups however it’s the cadre’s discretion during an event. Do the tougher thing!

YHC gave PAX a background of Robbie Miller, a green beret who gave his life in Afghanistan saving the lives of his brothers.

When we finished the WOD it was 0602 so we loaded Fighting Irish on the litter and carried him back to the flag. We made the time hack and debriefed.

COT/BOM:

100 man dinner
