This is Ruck Ready so all got some EC miles in.

Began with some warmup exercises in the circle.  Struggled with the cadence but got better with time. Ruck Press, Merkins, Squats, Side Straddle Hops.

Timed Mile Ruck – One mile under 15 minutes, guys crushed it! Had some extra time for Balls to the Wall.

Soccer Field for partner Dolly: 50 Ruck Curls, 100 Ruck Swings, 150 Squats.
