Been a while since I Q’d Ruck Ready and I was ready to get back in the saddle.  I arrived to an already full parking lot at 0430 including a local celebrity FNG.  Do these people even sleep?? After a 3+ mile EC ruck it was time for:

2 takeaways from today’s workout that I will use to improve upon on future Q’s:

  1. When trying to manage a large group its a good idea to appoint a team leader like is done during Go Ruck events.  Shout out to Bedpan for taking on this role today without being asked.  This is a future leader of the community helping remind PAX and Q to stay together and share in carrying the coupons.
  2. Never let the 6 finish alone.  This is what F3 and Go Ruck is all about.  This is what we tell potential FNG’s when they try to say they need to get in shape before they come to a workout, “No Man Left Behind”.  Thanks to Bono for reminding the PAX and the Q of this important principle.

Great Push by all PAX and I had a great time leading as always.  Let’s do it again next Tuesday!
