The Thang

Big shout out to Noonan for dropping off a ruck at 0500 for FNR Southpaw use since this was his first time rucking. Much appreciated. Next time Noonan, you should stay. I know you are training for the BRR but we are way cooler than run strong.

We start out on the trail with the occasional double time. We stop midway to the woods and do 10 burpees. Rucks overhead as we go through the  woods. We stop at the back field and do 11’s. Squats on one side of the field and ruck curls on the other. Exercise complete we start rucking again. We stop at the concession stand to do overhead ruck balls to the wall. Next we go to the pick nick table and do 3 sets of 5 of Merkins, Derkins, and Irkins. Just enough time for one more lap around the back and finish at the circle.
