The route was up Elm Street to Greenville Blvd.  Right on Greenville Blvd to the electronic sign at Charles Blvd.  Turn around there and go back for the six.  Then proceed down Charles to Krispy Kreme and go back for the six.  Cross the street to the parking deck behind the new ECU student center and go up to the top, go back for the six and return to the flag.  615am

Prayer Request:  Praise to see Crazy Horse back in the gloom; Skipper has a student struggling with some mental issues; Gamecock has a former teammate (Nick) fighting blood cancer; Quick Lube’s wife started a new job today; Bambino’s niece was born with spina bifida and has become really good playing wheelchair basketball and is in the running to possibly play in Charlotte during the NBA All Star weekend; Crazy Horse offered praise to the F3 community

Announcements:  Anniversary convergence Saturday, February 16th at Boyd Lee Park 7am (help spread the word); Slim Jim has the Q at The School Yard Wednesday; Lunch at Muscle Maker today; see the website for more

Moleskin:  Today was the first time I have ever been the Q for a run only workout.  Although I have posted at Run Strong many times I was a little nervous that my route would work within the 45 minute window.  There was a great group of runners today of all speeds and the power of F3 pushed everyone to finish together at 615 with the speedsters getting extra credit for coming back for the six.  It was fun running the parking deck and hearing the loud echos of mumble chatter and fellowship being shared among the PAX.  Great work today and thanks to Tortoise for the opportunity to lead.  See you in the gloom soon
