I been running the sandlot most Tuesdays since it’s only 5 minutes from my house. Problem is the sandlot has no hills anywhere. I thought we’d run one of my brr loops. The mumble chatter was “remind me not to show up for hills next time you Q…..you’re kicking my six.”
Up Elm, left on 5th, left on Maple, right and left up college hill, cross 14th and run the greenway to Charles. Right on Charles left on 14th, left on Rock Springs and circle back out to 14th. Left on 14th at the bottom of the hill left on Dalebrook, then circle back out and right on 14th. Right on Elm and quick hill repeat between tennis courts and church then back to the flag.
We had dodged the rain until the bottom fell out with about 6:02.
Pax had circled around a tree to stay dry….didn’t work. By the time I got back with my phone they already counted and named the FNG, Rain man. After the prayer there was a very quick exit by all.
