YHC put it out in the preblast that this was going to be a full fledged leg workout where the feeling of jello will be in store afterwards.  Much to YHC’s surprise a good number of PAX showed up.  5:30am hit and the sweet sixteen took to the street.

The Thang:

Mosey to the Science and Technology Building via Elm to 10th street.  Once everyone arrived YHC split the PAX up into 2 groups.  Group 1 headed up the stairs to the left, while group 2 headed up the stairs to the right hitting every step.  Plank for the 6.  Once the six was in YHC decided to do some active recovery.  10 slow deep squats, followed by 5 scissor jumps.  Rinse and repeat, but this time the PAX was instructed to skip a step.  Plank for the 6.  Active recovery time with 10 deep squats (YHC has a different definition of slow).  Rinse and repeat for a third time, but the PAX skipped 2 steps to really burn the legs.  Plank for the 6, and then 10 deep squats.

Mosey to the lower parking lot on College Hill.  YHC had the PAX line up on the curb and then instructed everyone to sprint to the other side of the parking lot.  Same thing coming back. Rinse and repeat.  For a finisher YHC told the PAX to sprint down and back with no rest.  Mosey back to the flag.  Great push by all today!
