The goal for the workout was to run as many hills as we could.  We started at Elm St Park and ran up the hill to 5th St.   We took a left on 5th St. and went to the main entrance of the ECU campus.  We ran through campus back towards 10th St.   We crossed 10th and ran up the hill on Rock Springs Rd towards 14th St.  Once we reached 14th we we took a right towards Charles Blvd.  We ran up Charles Blvd to Greenville Blvd.   We took a right on Greenville Blvd heading towards Elm St.   The slower Pax took a left on Rosewood and headed back to the start that way and the rest of the group ran to Elm St and took that route back to the start.   A few of the faster Pax took a loop through Brookgreen neighborhood while the rest of us ran up College Hill and back to Elm St. Park.   Great workout out by everyone.
