5 Pax showed up for a freezing cold 3.7 mile run. This was the final Q at the Summit and most Pax attended that site.

WARMUP:

15 SSH.

15 High Knees.

THE THANG:

Divide into fast and slow groups:

Destination: Downtown parking deck.

Fast team: Run down Elm Street to 1st street turning left running toward the Commons turning left on Cotanche Street toward the parking deck.

Slow team: Run down Elm Street turning left on 4th Street to the parking deck.

The two groups will meet at the parking deck. The groups race to the top of the parking deck with the slow group having a 1 floor head-start. Indian Run between teams back to the bottom of the parking deck. PAX were split up and did an Indian race up the Parking Deck and back down. Rinse and Repeat.

The groups will split back up for an Indian Run back to the flag taking 4th Street to Elm Street
