First stop= Sci-Tech Tower stairs via Elm st to Rock Springs to stairs. This was a nice long warm-up down hill for the PAX.
THE THANG
-One lap up and down both stairwells and squat for the six
-Mosey to college hill to roll some dice. There were three teams of 4 PAX to let the dice decide how they would sweat.
Roll a… 1 or 2 light to mod run around the flood lot
3 or 4 mod to heavy catch-me-if-you-cans all the way up college hill
5 or 6 suicides on the lines of the flood lot
Teams rolled until YHC called recover
-route back to the flag = up college hill to 14th to Elm (express route down college hill to 10th to Elm)
