Last week, Tortoise did a run-by during RunStrong and headlocked me into Qing this week. Decided to go for a little distance, so we headed to the greenway behind Elm Street, up Forest Hill, down 6th Street to Brownlea and followed it around to Cotanche all the way to 14th and back to the flag.

This week was an unfortunate reminder that there are many more men to reach that really need the types of relationships that are built in F3. I am thankful for the fellowship and relationships I have developed over the last few years. Keep headlocking boys!
