A beautiful morning for Runstrong! After a long debate about how many layers to use, the gloves and long pants were left in the car but long sleeves seemed to be the group consensus. Sixteen energetic and ready souls came together to run a few miles. After a quick explanation which no one understood, we all ran off into the morning darkness.
