YHC put out a Public Service Announcement the night prior trying to get a full team run with the Low Tide Loafers since he realized RunForgiven this week would be 3 weeks to the hour until we start the Blue Ridge Relay. We had a good showing, but far from the full team. The awesome part is we had some non-BRR runners come out to support us and get some good mileage in.
Tinker Bell rucked 3 miles OYO while the remaining PAX took off at 0500 to the ramp on US 17 Bypass. 2 miles there, 2 miles of ramp work, and 2 miles return.
We finished the day with 6.15 miles in just under 57 minutes and some good laughs back at the AO thanks to Largemouth.
