I wasn’t sure how many PAX would show since it was the morning after the National Championship football game and the numbers weren’t looking good, but all of a sudden there was a fury of PAX showing up.  We circled up and got to work since I had a lot I wanted to get done.

Warmup:

  • 20 SSHs IC
  • 10 Good Mornings IC

The Thang:

Moseyed from The Brickworks to the intersection of Market Street and Main Street.  PAX were instructed to split up into 2 lines and that there were 6 sets of benches on each side of Main Street that aligned with one another.  At each bench, there was a workout listed.  Each group was to proceed down their side of the street, stopping to workout at each of the 6 benches.  When they arrived at the end, they were to lunge walk to the intersection of Respess Street and then run backwards to the starting point at Market Street.  Then they were to proceed down the opposite side of the street stopping to workout at those 6 benches before lunge walking back to Respess Street and running backwards to Market Street.  Through the first circuit, each group performed:

  • 25 Mike Tyson’s
  • 35 Dips
  • Bear Crawl to wall for 25 Box Jumps
  • 25 Irkins
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Crabcakes
  • 25 Merkins
  • 25 Squats
  • 25 Derkins
  • 25 Calf Raises
  • 50 Hallelujahs
  • 10 Burpees
  • Lunge Walk to intersection of Respess St. x 2
  • Backwards run from Respess St. to Market St. x 2

Q had prepared another round in case time allowed.  The PAX didn’t disappoint, so here we go again.  (Some PAX thought Q was kidding until we began our second circuit).  PAX were told to flip the card on each bench since the number of reps or sequence of workouts were altered.  Through the second circuit, each group performed:

  • 25 Derkins
  • 40 Squats
  • Bear Crawl to wall for 40 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Irkins
  • 100 Hallelujahs
  • 50 Dips
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 25 Crab Cakes
  • 25 Mike Tysons
  • 25 Merkins
  • 50 Calf Raises
  • Lunge Walk to intersection of Respess St.
  • Backwards run from Respess St. to Market St.
  • Hallelujahs while walking to intersection of Respess St. (this replaced the 2nd round of lunge walking & backwards run due to shortage of time).

PAX moseyed back to The Brickworks for Counterama, Namerama, Announcearama/CoT, & Prayers.
