Well today was my first Q at the kettle bell workout for the Washington PAX.  Needless to say I had to bring the pain and let the guys feel something different than just throwing some weight around.  So here we go:

Warmup – SSH, 5 burpees, and a mosey around the FP area to get the blood flowing.

As we made our way back to the circle everyone took their kettle bell over to the large tree near the pavilion.  From here the PAX were informed of the first sets of exercises.  From the large tree to the bathroom building there are 5 small trees that line the side of the sidewalk.  Each PAX had to zombie walk to each tree holding the kettle bell above their head and alternating hands on each step.  Once you reached a tree the first round was 5 burpees at each tree.  Now at the stopping point each PAX had to now run over to the peoples pier and perform 10 pullups OYO and then mosey back to the kettle bells.  Next, round two – frog jumps with the kettle bell out in front of you with the kettle bell never leaving the ground except for your next step forward.  At each tree it was 10 squats.  Again it was time for a short mosey over to Gaylord’s ledge, again 10 pull ups, and a mosey back to the kettle bells.  Time to circle up for some strength work done with the following; shoulder presses, swings, curls, on your 6 bench press, shrugs, lat raises, and front raises.  After all this was said and done it was time for some Momma’s Boy broga.  A few stretching positions and some relaxation before we called it a day.
