YHC has been waiting to pull this weinke out for a while, and what better week than SASQUATCH WEEK! YHC figured with some of the Clydesdale regulars being down range, we would have a smaller crowd, but was excited for the workout.

Cold Cut for a solo EC stroll around the stadium

8 PAX circled up and it went something like this:

Warm up

  • SSH – 15 IC
  • Good Mornings – 15 IC
  • Merkins – 10 IC
  • Arm Circles (front/bank) – 10 IC

Tha THANG

We moseyed over to the pirate statue to continue the warm up with a round of 7’s with step ups and irkins

Once all were completed, YHC told the PAX we would be celebrating the Sasquatch, with a round of 12 days of Sasquatch! Much like the 12 days of Christmas song…. we went up the ladder with the following exercises, and with each additional day, you had to do the exercises from he day before as well

  • Day 1 – Up and down the stairs of Murphy Mountain
  • Day 2 – Inverted Burpees
  • Day 3 – Merkins
  • Day 4.- WWI’s
  • Day 5 – 4 count flutter kicks
  • Day 6 – Monkey Humpers
  • Day 7 – V Ups
  • Day 8 – Werkins
  • Day 9 – Squats
  • Day 10 – Chicken Peckers
  • Day 11 – BTTW get ups
  • Day 12 – Burpees

We finished the workout with 10 mins to spare, so we finished up with a round of Mary at the flag
