Chapter 3….finis

Not paying attention, can get your mouth burned, especially if distracted with obtuse thinking. EC Happened with happy rucking: Fruity, YHC, Stabler. I liked Fruity Pebbles’ blinking green lamp (forgot to let him know); green can mean many things to many: money, grass, Easter, $. I like ‘GO’. A flashing light alerts us about safety, causes one to slow down and look. Now think of all those blue lights flashing or red, with what we do?

Chapter 3. F3. We began with The Lord’s Prayer, pledged our allegiance to the USA. Warmed with Abe Vigoda’s, SSH (Stabler Specialty), Monkey Hump position, then completed the exercise. San Fran was San Fran, keeping it on the concrete. Peg Leg parked his helmet. Good evenings were provided, then goodmornings just for the health of it.

On the Bus Stop Knoll were positioned 3 coupons worth along the ridge. 2 – 50 pound buckets at an end; 1-100 lb tire with toting poles in the middle and the High-Tide Special (Big Bertha) Tractor tire (about 300 pounds) was on the other end. So, we rotated carrying and lifting with safety in mind up and down the knoll 2x. Squats, Merkins, WWI and WWII got put in the mix after 2x. Headed to Gate 5 and the Circle of Benches: All PAX took a turn leading (trying to count and begin) step-ups, dips, Irkins, LBC’s, Superman showed and the Upward Dog peed on Peg’s Leg. Flutter Kicks and YHC brought out the Protractor, demonstrating how: 10, 45 and 90 degrees look and can feel. Had Samoan cadence with Fruity Pebbles driving!!

Had to hit the Wall next for some BTW, then Planking, then Pecking Chickens (Chicken Peckers) for a 2 count and someone hollered…….6:15. These Clydesdales Busted it Today Fellas!!

Moleskin: YHC shared some how F3 represents fitness, fellowship and faith. I also shared how Iron is to Sharpen Iron; that yes, men are fallible to hang onto things when really we should not. That stopping gossip is helpful, graceful and forgiving. We do not have to carry chains or place chains on ourselves or others. Be kind. It goes a long way. Jacob Marley we do not have to be.  Tires and buckets placed away.
