Scooped up String Bean for the #clowncar and headed to DFS. Saw a few EC Ruckers as we pulled up.  Planted the flag, disclaimer, and off we went.

WarmUP:  SSH x 65IC in honor of my dad’s 65th birthday today.  1 burpee OYO.

The Thang: Had a bigger group than expected so I split us into two groups. First flight- Group 1 did 20 dips on the benches by the flag pole.  Group 2 Merkin’d up the first flight of Mt Murphy, then flip.  Second flight- Group 1 did 20 stepup kneeup on the benches and group 2 squatted up the first flight of Mt Murphy, then flip.  3rd Flight- Group 1 did 20 Irkins and group 2 Dirkin’d UP Mt Murphy, then flip.  We met in the middle and Patch led us in plank for the 6.  After the 6 was in we moseyed to the covered walk on the side of Minges.  People’s Chair everybody for all the PAX 5 count.  Then BTTW for 20 shoulder taps on my count.  Moseyed to the parking lot and started 24’s (Jan 24) of WW2 and jump squats.  We almost finished up when we had a hard stop at 615.

Prayer Requests: Easy Rider’s family, one of patch’s patients is fighting for life, the missing child in Ernul, and Our Nation.

Announcements: Rafiki has the Q at #WSS tomorrow, Chimi has the Q at #RR and #116 next week.  I can’t remember where lunch is tomorrow (check the Twitter).

Moleskin:  Had a Q-flub this morning.  Instructions were unclear on the SWITCH between the flights.  The PAX were completing all three exercises at the flagpoles then moving to the stairs.  After YHC discovered this I stopped the workout, gave clearer instructions, then we started over from the top.  A critical part of leadership is communication.  To own the flub I did 5 burpees at the end of the workout.
