11 pax showed up for Clydesdales.  It was a nice 32 degree gloom.

We warmed up with SSH, Good Mornings and Imperial Walkers.

The Thang

Area 1: 4 corners in Minges Meadow.  At each corner merkins and LBC were performed.  The first corner the reps were 10 each and we increased by 5 reps at each corner afterwards.  Karaoke run was done between the corners.  The pax repeated the 4 corners with same exercises beginning with 25 reps and decreasing by 5 at each corner. Al gored for 6.  Moseyed to the next area.

Area 2: Dora 123 at the concrete bench circle. 100 mtn climbers, 200 dips and 300 plank jacks inside the circle of benches. Partner imperial walked around outside of circle of benches.  Planked for 6.  Moseyed to next area.

Area 3: 11’s on tennis court hill.  Scissors at bottom of hill then bear crawl up to top and perform flutter kicks.  Run back down and repeat.  Peoples chair for the 6.  Mosey back to the Flag.
