Once upon a Gloom, a long long time ago lived a lonely sad Muffin Top. One day…{T O D A Y} the Top experienced the Double Kegs at #THECLYDESDALES as ‘The Mistress’ showed again. She busted it. It went this way for those that read without pictures.
Warm Up: SSH, Ospreys, Cotton Pickers after stretching down the left and right legs.
The Thang: Fast…ish walk side by side up or down a side walk, a hundred yards- 5 Burpees-OYO
Partner carry down the bottom of a ‘nice hill’. Partner carry up the ‘nice hill’.
5 Burpees-OYO…Fast walk toward the long tunnel hole of bear crawling love. Ya’ll remember this. Crawled through toward the blue K-Mart light, heading toward the stiff Medusa stricken Blackbeard holding his sword. He was looking toward his Mistress and her lovely curves.
One at a time, a PAX would head up twice around the feet of the Mistress as the rest were flutter kicking, WWII, Merkinizing.
Side by side headed around her dark curve of the (weight room) stopping at about every 5 feet for 5 squats until we reach the Mistress’ head.
Two nice firm KEGS (emptied at Scotty Moe’s by he and Gas Man) were waiting. A PAX would tote the KEGS up Mount Murphy, while the rest were WWII’ing and LBC’ing.
Circle Benches for a Racoon Crawl, then head for the Wall for People’s Chair (Polar Bear learned to count again, really slow. Might’ve been around Spinal T. sometime or another), rinse repeat to a 20 count this time. T H E N BTW for a 10 count.
Circle Benches: Step Up Squats, Dips, Dirkins (Stern was mumbling, might’ve been leakage). No Mary when the Mistress is around. She is jealous. Roll Call had to contain Polar Bear. Glad to have Gas Man who is retiring from gas. A ‘Farmvillian’……..
