YHC arrived a few minutes early to The stadium expecting a few pax but there were only students heading to the training room. Well with couple of minutes remaining till 5:30 I saw cold cut pull up and easy rider arrived as well. Chimichanga and Patch came strolling in from their EC Ruck.  5:30 arrived and we began. Abbreviated disclaimer as no FNG present.

Warm up:

Side straddle Hops x 20 IC

Cherry Pickers x 10 IC

Don Quixote x 10 IC

The thang:

mosey along in front of the stadium the cut across the parking lot to a light pole with a large concrete base, perfect to sit and take a break. Well we didn’t. Instead we did the following:

curb hops x 10 IC

Derkins x 10 IC

forward line hops x 10 IC

uneven merkins with left up x 10 IC

sideways line hops x 10 IC

uneven merkins with right up x 10 IC

We then moseyed to the upper bus stop that has ample area to sit and rest. No instead we did

Step ups x 10 IC

Dips  x 10 IC

We returned to the path where I noticed that we had not taken a seat at our stops so I thought why not give the legs a break and crawl for a ways.  pax then bear crawled 25 yards between trees. lunge to the next tree ~3 yards. Finally we bearcrawled another 20 or so yards to the last tree.

From here YHC directed pax to mosey to the next great spot to take a seat. At this point I thought cold cut had enough as he moseyed up the path in the opposite direction. Not so. He was just retrieving his water bottle while the other pax did squats.

well the next place to sit was a grass covered embankment with a marvelous view of the power plant. With scenery somewhat lacking we decided to for go ahead and bear crawl to the top while crawl bearing back down. I could tell this was a pax favorite so we moved on.

Pax moseyed to the stop sign at the entrance of the lower minges lot. Another grassy spot that gives you a view of the parking lot and even a glimpse of Charles Blvd. Here the pax would do a round of sevens with running between the stop signs. Squats at the bottom and smurf jacks at the top. from this location you could clearly see a great place to make our next stop.

PAX moseyed to the lower level bus stop which had adequate seating just like the prevous bus stop so we chose to do the same as prior and knock out a few exercises.

Erkins x 10 IC

Dips x 10 IC

step ups x 10 IC

It was at this point that patch pointed out a good example of false advertising but we were on a mission so we moved on. Moseying back up the road to the side of the pool area where the sidewalk began. Well, again, noticing that the pax may have some leg fatigue. YHC suggested that we do a merkin at each light pole on our way to the next exquisite seating area.

We reached the front of minges and arrived at a beautiful grassy area perfect for sitting and having a picnic. Instead we did a round of deconstructed Burpees stopping at each tree for 10 repetitions and a round of suicides stopping for an ascendung number of squats.

From here we spotted another nice bench surrounded by flagpoles so we moseyed over to check it out. Here the pax did the following:

Dips x 10 IC

Derkins x 10 IC

Step ups x 10 IC

Alternating shoulder taps x 10 IC

Hallelujahs x 40 IC

Halleujahs x 10 IC because laughing and counting don’t work.

Time was drawing short so we returned to the flag. Which was nearby a nice grassy spot for sitting so we got on our six for Mary

Flutter Kicks x 20 IC

windshield wipers x 10 IC

hello dolly x 10 IC

Hillbillies x 10 IC

6:15 arrived and our tour had to come to an end and we were all well informed of the great sitting possibilities that were available at The Clydesdales.

Moleskin;

To build on what was brought up yesterday at the schoolyard we discussed depression and the need to reach out and use your brothers for help. Each one of us goes through different trials and hardships. There may be someone in our pax that has someway of helping. We discussed at west side two weeks ago about burdens and releasing them made life easier. However you may may be able to release some burdens but our brothers may be able to come to your side and share the load. We are not in this alone.

Ma Bell out!
