The Thang: Mosey to the steps at College Hill

We used the 4 sets of steps for a 4 corners routine: We did 25, 20, 15, 10 & 5 reps at each corner.

  1. Corner 1 – merkins
  2. Corner 2 – jump squats
  3. Corner 3 – 4 ct flutter kicks
  4. Corner 5 – 4 ct LBC’s

We did one final lap around all 4 steps making sure we hit each step on the way up and down (my OCD side kicked in).

This took a little longer than YHC thought it would plus I got mixed up on the time (thinking we ended at 6:30 for some reason).  The Pax tried to set me straight but i was clueless.

We moseyed back to the flag and got in 15 dips before quitting time.
