Thanks Chimi for the invite to Q at The Clydesdales. YHC had not actually posted at this AO yet, so it was good to visit and join the fun. This is a solid AO with a lot of regulars looking for a challenging bootcamp workout. Chimi has done an awesome job with keeping it strong.

EC ruck: Chimi, Kahuna, Patch, Whatley, Ratched

Warmup: 4 sets of yoga stretches. Since YHC is training for the Raleigh GRT in October, we wanted to get in some stretches before and after the workout to help with recovery — so important!

The Thang:

Mosey to College Hill with an easy paced indian run, to the steps at Todd Dining Hall.

Series of 7’s up the steps and across the street, one side squats and one side LBC’s

Mosey to Gateway Hall for 4 corners in pairs: bro merkens, jump squats, WWI’s, squats

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary: freddie mercury’s, flutterkicks, merkens.

COT: injured pax, healing from Dayton and ElPaso, pax looking for jobs, etc.
