Murphy Mountain while doing Hallelujahs, doing three laps up and down the steps. We engaged the calf muscles with raises along the steps also in cadence.

On the outside of the Circle Benches facing inward for Irkins (20) step over for Dirkins (20) step back over for several repetitions.

Circle up for some Jack Knife Webbs (Rotating various dumb bell weights) 1 merkin to 5 Hallelujahs up to 55 Hallelujahs and 11 Merkins. Simple.
