When I pulled up, I saw a bunch of cars wandering what they were all there for.  I quickly realized they were all there for a ECU practice.  After the EC ruckers Patch, Stabler, and Chimi came back they confirmed.  Stabler joked that they were all parents of kids that did not make the baseball team and were there to talk to me…..  I wouldn’t be surprised!

The Thang:

20 No Surrenders

20 Imperial Squat Walkers

50 SSH

2 Burpees

Mosey to the meadow, at each tree stop and do an exercise increasing by 2.  We would stop at 20.  The exercises where as follows:

Diamond Merkins (Get the girl the diamond first)

Hip Thrusters (Practice for later)

Gorilla/ Monkey Humpers( At this time the volleyball team starting to roll in.  Congrats girls, hope you all enjoyed the show!)

No tunnel of Love due to cold wet ground, thought it might be counterproductive dragging on the ground so we did the Carolina Choo-Choo down and back, then a round of Guantanamo.

Mosey back to the stadium entrance.  I noticed the gate was open, so of course we had to adjust and use it.  Up once to the top, run fast to not get caught!  All brave souls made it there and back while a few did not risk it.

Finish with

60 Plank-Jacks between partners and 60 merkins.

Moleskin:

Today was fun and I always enjoy Qing different spots that make you switch up the routine.  I enjoy running and my favorite workout is burpees, but sometime you have to switch it up and try new things.  IT was a pleasant surprise seeing the gate open today, so absolutely had to take advantage of that.
