What a great morning for a workout at The Collard Patch.  5 men showed to push it this morning and we got after it.

Plank-Roll-Merkin 10

10 Plank-Jacks

10 Chill-Cut PP

10 Chilly Jacks

Directions were given to run around the track all the way around the park for some extra distance.

Stop at the 10th bush when heading back to the flag.  Build Jacobs ladder and do 1 burpee increasing by one up until 10.

Back down from 10-1 with shoulder tap merkins.

When finished we did some plank exercises sprinkled in with 6 inches.  Goal was a strong core workout today.

Mosey to pull-up bars for a team total of 100 pull-ups.

Take a lap, then a second to finish with 4 laps (lap 4 was just the track for time.)

Finish with the M&M Twins. 10 Merkins and 10 Mary varying on the PAX member.
