Swapped some dates with Rafiki for him to Q SSS so in return YHC would come to the patch. Told Rafiki I would do the next Monday and it just happened to be Christmas Eve. YHC moved the Village to the Patch today. The workout went something like this.

Warm-up

  • Circle Burpee (2 rounds)
  • Murkin Circle (100)
  • Good mornings (IC)
  • SSH (IC)

The Thang

  • Mosey to the football field. Pax would Bear Crawl across the football field. Upon everyone finishing PAX were to crab walk back across the field. Recover and mosey to the goal post. One pax member would sprint the length of the football field while the others held plank, everyone would get a chance.
  • Slow mosey down the road to the last rock pile. Starting at 10 and going down to 1 (IC) curls for the gurlz, starting at 1 and going to 10 (IC) tricep extension. 
  • Slow mosey to the shitter. Peoples Chair 10 ct for all pax on all 4 corners of the shitter, B2W 10 ct for all pax on all 4 corners of the shitter.
  • Mall walk to the playground. 7’s with pullups/merkins PAX were instructed to pick a slide when they finished and go down it. YHC can confirm the HYPE is real for The Collard Patch slide. It will throw you around. TCLAPS to Rafiki for going down with no hands and to Bono for making the “POV” video going down the slide!
  • Mall walk to the shelter: 20 big boy step-ups, 15 box jumps, 10 jump sqts, 5 jump lunges. Indian run back around the track to the flag
  • Mary: Flutter kicks (IC), Slinky (IC) and Have a nice day.

Great time this morning at The Patch. Great group of men that kept the laughs going all morning. Thanks Rafiki for allowing me to Q. All 6 men even posted at Bums for coffeteria after, they have huge pancakes there!  Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all my brothers. See you in 2019!
