Monday was not only my first Q at the Collard patch but also my very first visit in general so I adapted accordingly to what was around when I got on site.  

 

Warmup:

10 good mornings

10 imperial walkers

followed with 1 lap around the parks sidewalk

 

The Thang:

 

So made our attempt at the death star with some modifications, for anyone unfamiliar with that it is a 10 pointed star made out with cones doing 20 merkin at each point totaling 300. I did not have any cones to make our (death star) so with 5 pax on site we did more of a death circle doing 10 merkins at everyone’s spot on the circle twice. So, you had 50 total when you reached your original spot the first time before going around again for 100 total before taking a lap around the park. The goal was 3 sets of this to reach 300 but with anything called the death star it was exceptionally tough after another round the exact same with a lap after 200 merkins with the pax agreeing the very last round we did 100 squats the same way we did merkins to finish our 300.

 

After the modified death star, we stopped at a small bathroom building where each pax would hold peoples chair while whoever on the far end would bear crawl around the building. This would be done twice before taking one last lap around the park.

 

To finish up our last few minutes on this lap we stopped at a beach along the track for 50 LBC’s before going along to a set of picnic tables we stopped for 20 dips. We then finished the lap up at the flag with right at 5 minutes left. Every pax would then lead us in a marry workout to finish the morning off.

 

I cant speak for everyone but I know at this point my arms are hurting! The death star is no joke and we modified but all in all it was a great workout.
