We discussed the first weeks workout for the Iron Pax Challenge and moseyed to the football field to get everything set up.

Thang:

The first weeks workout is called “Killer B’s”

5 rounds for time: (10 yard broad jumps, 10 burpees, 10 BonnieBlairs(jump lunge), 10 big boi sit-ups, 10 yard broad jumps, 10 burpees, 10 BonnieBlairs(jump lunge), 10 big boi sit-ups, 10 yard broad jumps, 10 burpees, 10 BonnieBlairs(jump lunge), 10 big boi sit-ups, bear claw back, REPEAT x5)

We finished with about 10 min left so we decided to take a cool down mall walk around the track till 6:15.
