YHC wanted to incorporate some new exercises into this beatdown. So, i searched the Lexicon the night before and constructed a plan of action. 2 PAX showed up, disclaimer given, and it went something like this:
Warm-up:
- SSH
- Good Mornings
- Collard Pickers
- Lap around track
Thang:
- Mosey to the hill for Clock Merkins (12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, 9 o’clock, and back to 12 o’clock) 5 reps each
- Mosey to street for A.L.A.R.M. (Alt. shoulder taps, squats, LBC’s, ranger merkins, wide-arm merkins) 15 reps each. After each exercise, mosey to next consecutive light pole and back pedal back.
- Moset to picnic shelter for 11’s: Dips & Derkins
- Mosey to the volleyball court for 4-Corners: (WW1, WW2, LBC’s, American Hammers) Lt. Dan in between each corner.
- Lap around track.
- Back to the picnic tables for table top sit-ups.
- Mosey to Flag.
