8 PAX showed up for a nice brisk 35 degrees at the Collard Patch!

Warmed up with SSH, GM, Buttkickers and leg stretches.

Mosey to rock pile that consisted of Curls for girls and Tricep extensions, repeat 3x.  Dropped rocks and mosey to football field (after YHC had to get gloves left in truck).

Used the 4 corners of the field.  1st corner 5 Burpees, mosey to upper corner for 15 Merkins…Lunge to other side of field goal post for 20 Jump Squats…mosey to other end for 25 LBC….went in reverse order back to starting point.

After catching a breath we mosey to picnic shelter for 11’s of dips and Erkins, plank for the 6.

Indian run back to “rock” pile, pick your favorite “rock” then mosey to bathroom building.  Did a 10 count by each PAX while holding people’s chair with rock.  After formed circle for a little curls for girls and tricep extend.  Rotate around by random by YHC, repeat same exercise.  Then did a duck duck goose and ended on rock at random and did another round of same exercise.

Picked up “rocks” returned to “rock” pile and mosey back to flag for a 5 round merry of PAX choice.

Finished off with 1 minute of SSH to conclude the morning
