With all the storms over the weekend, and even some coming through overnight, YHC watched the radar closely. Fortunately, there was a break in the weather for the beatdown. But, there was still a fair amount of pain. It went something like this:

Warmup:

  • SSH (IC)
  • Good Mornings (IC)
  • (Borrowed this one from Grammer) 10 squats, 10 Merkins, 10 squats, 10 Wide Arm Merkins, 10 squats, 10 diamond Merkins

Thang:

With the Sasquatch coming this weekend, YHC wanted to craft this beatdown with that in mind.

  • 2 laps around the track: Indian Run
  • 10 Min. of Cindy (5 Pullups, 10 Merkins, 15 squats)
  • 2 laps around the track: OYO
  • Picnic Shelter for Dips and Step-ups (5-10-15-10-5)
  • 1 Lap around the track: OYO
  • Volleyball Court for 4-Corners(WW1, WW2, American Hammers, LBC’s)x25 Each. Bear crawl the short side and Lt. Dan the longer side.

After this, all we had time for was a short mosey to the flag until 6:15.

COT:

  • Sasquatch this Saturday: Safety and hydration for all who participate.
  • Injured Pax
  • Zebra job interview

Moleskin:

Great push by the pax. The weather seemed bad all night long but turned out to be quite nice.  Since YHC can’t participate in the Squatch this weekend, YHC hoped this beatdown would be a good practice for those that are. Good luck to all that are! (I’ll be there in spirit)
