  • QIC: Stay Tuned

The day was February 23, 2015 when 8 of our friends from the City of Oaks traveled east to Greenville, NC..  These Men (Banjo,Tongue in Groove, Chong Li, Tiger Beat, Huffy, Floppy Disk, Larry David & Maize) were led east by Chong Li with the mission to expand F3 and share this gift with the men of Greenville.  I can still remember moseying to the Ball Field, where Maize announced we would partner up and do 140 Burpees as a team.  Not much for foreplay, eh?

We also must honor those leaders that initiated our movement to a point of advantage.  The Closed Hand, who held together a small AO on Saturdays at BLP for nearly a year with Cousin IT, Mellow Johnny and Early Bird, introduced F3 to Greenville.  Papa Smurf, a true legacy leader, led us further into our Journey as he assembled a larger group to meet at BLP on MWF and reached out to F3 for an official launch.

Finally, we show respect to the 725 men that have participated in an F3ENC workout in the last 3 years.  These men chose the red pill.  They decided to take the more challenging path, set their alarms for 4:30, show up at a dark and gloomy park, and begin the Journey to becoming a High Impact Men.  Looking back, it’s been like watching an explosion of stronger/fitter men, authentic friendships, and intentionality.  Many of these men have stayed.  Many have accomplished goals they could never imagined achieving.  Many have risen as leaders within our organization.  Many have taken the leadership lessons we learn early in the morning and have positively impacted, organizations, families, teams, and communities.

We come together 0700 on February 24th, 2018 at The Commons  to partake in all 3 Fs and celebrate our Journey.

1st F:  1 Hour workout led by TBA.

2nd F:  Following an hour long workout we will have breakfast and our annual F3 Superlative Award Ceremony (click here to vote).  Please bring $5 bucks for Food and RSVP here for a Head Count.

3rd F:  This one is important so read up.  Beginning now through February 24th, our AOs will embark on a community challenge.  The winning AO will receive the greatest gift any AO in F3 Nation can receive… Bragging Rights!  The goal is to buy 5 computers for a total cost of $1,750 for NC Civil, an organization (Led by Locks – Jermaine McNair).  Their goal on this project is to provide space, tools, and a supportive environment for young people in our underserved community to focus on scholastic and developmental goals.  For more information on NC Civil, visit http://www.nccivil.org/our-programs/.  This is a excellent investment in our underserved communities and a great way to build a bridge that will allow us to reach more men in the community.  Site Qs will collect money and submit to Tonka, Cousin IT, or T-Bone.  You can also give online via our Paypal, indicate that it is for this and which AO you are representing. The wining AO will be announced at the Convergence!
