It was a muggy 79 degrees when we started our run as the sun was just coming up. The coolest part of the day. Running in this kind of weather was a great way for us to stress test ourselves as many of us are preparing for the Sasquatch and BRR. Throw is as many hills as Greenville can deliver along with a solid hour of trying to keep up with the men around you and this was as close to a #CSAUP as you can get during an all run AO.

The Thang

Run down 1st street, complete the Summit Mile (taking full advantage of the hills between 1st and 2nd streets. Turn right onto Elm, right on 10th, left up College Hill, right on 14th, right down Rock Springs, left back up at the fork, right on 14th, left onto Charles (turn around at the top of the hill), down Charles all the way to the flag.

After the run YHC shared this in a post on Facebook along with a picture of all 22 of the PAX:
22 men ran, rucked, or rode this morning starting and ending at Greenville Town Commons. Just two days ago someone committed suicide at this same spot. We have no idea what this individual was dealing with, but we do know most of us will deal with times of depression at some point in life. We discussed the importance of finding men you can trust and lean on in times of need. It is valuable to do this before falling on hard times, because it is much harder to reach out and build relationships when you are already down. F3 is a great place to find these kinds of relationships. Look us up. If it’s not for you that’s fine, but please look for other ways to build these kinds of trusting relationships. #IronSharpensIron
