Th Commons had 10 total – 2 rucked and 8 ran while wondering where the Q was leading them. From the start YHC had a turn by turn plan that would result in an F3 being mapped out and total 5.7 miles give or take. The backwards and sideways portions of the run were underestimated…especially the backwards. YHC may have found one of, if not the only weakness of Cousin IT. And if you didn’t already know, Abu has no problem running backwards. These are the turn by turn directions for the F3 Strava art.
